Narrative Time and Der Zauberberg (Magical Mountain)

Abstract
Main problem of this paper to expose the primordial relationship between human being, time and narrative through which human time is articulated by Paul Ricoeur in Temps et Recit (Time and Narrative) in the context of Der Zauberberg (The Magic Mountain)’s time aporias. Accordingly discussing the sense of time or anyone’s experience of time in Ricoeur’s thought is the first and prevailing theme of this paper. For Ricoeur this theme has a primordial relationship with narrative and two kinds of time as phenomenological and cosmical time.
