NATURAL RESOURCES PERMITS IN THE SYSTEM OF THE PERMISSIVE DOCUMENTS

Abstract
The article deals with legal nature, characteristics and role natural resource permits regulation in the mechanism of relations of natural resources use. The systematization of existing permissive documents which authorize the nature use, and listed the urgent present permits in sphere of natural resources use was made. The content is based on analysis of natural resource permits their summarizing and representation of their position regarding the structure and content.
