Nauka o finansach publicznych w świetle paradygmatu zrównoważonego rozwoju

Abstract
Sustainable development involves integration of economic, socio-cultural and ecological orders. A science on public finance should play a key role in such development because it formulates recommendations for economic policy. However a clear gap emerges in the study of the role of public finances in the new development model. The paper tries to indicate, suitable for a new paradigm, notions and categories of the science on public finance. It seems necessary to “physicalize” financial phenomena.
