ASSESMENT OF THE COMPARATIVE CONCEPTION OF PARTIAL EDENTATIONS TREATMENT WITH PHYSIOGNOMICAL DENTAL BRIDGES

Abstract
Based on bibliographical analysis of clinical and paraclinical examination of the patients with partial edentations, there were materialized the indications and counterindications for manufacturing of mixed metalo-ceramical , metalo-acrylic and metalo-photopolymerical dental bridges.The result of clinical and paraclinical examination reasoned the comparative conception of fixed semiphysiognomical constructions, combining the mechanical strength of metallic bridges and of the aesthetic aspect of psysiognomical bridges.It was determined that, according to the variety of semipsysiognomical construction and of the material used, it will contribute to a minimum sacrifice of hard substance to prepare the supporting teeth in various parts of the dental arches. Acording to the clinical picture and of biological indexes (the height of the adjacent teeth to the gap, the crown volume, the variety of occlusion , the topography of gaps, etc.) there were drafted different constructive varietied of aggregation and of the semiphysionomical bridge body. The peculiarities to prepare the supporting teeth to the neck depended on the thickness of the hard crown tissues, of the condition of the marginal periodontium and of the variety of the material used.
