Economic Development of European Union in Day of Globalization in Practice of Institution and Organs of European Union

Abstract
Growing international integration economic, generally defined name of globalization, many capabilities gives. Though globalization brings benefit enormous and capabilities, it means also, that Europe must be measured with sharp competition from part of economy about low cost equal, economy of China like or India, as well as on innovations economies based, as USA economy. European Union has been returned towards it in face of economic crisis, however, international enclosing with can not disregard — on the contrary, EU is perceived as one of pole of multipolar world. Presentations of ranges of debates in article in European Union in aspect of phenomenon of globalization take attempt that carry on. It show newest documents, which take theme of place, role, operations and that has to achieve in correct aspect purposes UE and advantageous development, in realized world where the globalization is general phenomenon. Union trade policy and industrial become important instrument of drive liberalization of world commerce, but challenges must take simultaneously actively, which become before EU. From 2010 in activity of institution and acts have appeared organs of European Union, where problem of economic development of European Union subject analysis in aspect of worldwide process of globalization. It is possible to ascertain, that this trend has swindled constant character and it reacts to more newest challenges it elastically UE, in documents analysis subjecting it. Answer on question if has ready global strategy UE, it is else negative presently. Strategy such is during development continuously and structures, but whole includes basic problem with certitude as dimension can reconcile local with global UE as it belongs to change union domestic politics, policy of neighborhood or could interact with other at the level policy of expansion global UE.
