Surface water resources present a temporary variability influenced by the climatic particularities manifest during a year and from one year to the next. This is why to know the elements of morphometry of the basin system of Dâmboviţa River, in the Carpathian and Sub- Carpathian sector, is important both from a practical and a theoretical viewpoint.
