FACTORS OF COMPETITIVENESS OF HOUSING CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES IN CRISIS CONDITIONS

Abstract
Subject of the study is theoretical and methodological aspects of competitiveness factors of construction enterprises in the crisis conditions. Purpose of the study is identification factors of losing competitiveness of construction enterprises and apearing of unfinished buildings, development practical recommendations of finishing unfinished buildings. Methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, principles of system analysis, content analysis of ukrainian and foreign scientific publications applied in the study. The specificity of activity of housing construction companies were analyzed in market economy. The problems of investing in housing construction, the specificity of protection of the rights of investors of unfinished buildings were analyzed in the article. The study deals with essential and urgent problems of the specific activity of enterprises on the housing market at the regional level in the crisis conditions. Results of study can be used in the activity of construction companies, public authorities and future studies. The main ways of reducing the objects of unfinished housing construction were suggested. The thought analysis of the problem, of the main tendencies and peculiarities of activity of building enterprises made it possible to suggest organizational and economic means of effective stimulation of them. Creation of the single mechanism of finishing housing projects was defined.
