Інтрамуральна лейоміома тіла матки і фертильність (огляд літератури)

Abstract
Лейомиома матки является распространенной доброкачественной опухолью женских половых органов. Очень часто возникают случаи необходимости инвазивного лечения у женщин, пла нирующих беременность в будущем. При этом четких критериев оценки потенциального влияния интра муральных лейомиоматозных узлов, в отличие от субмукозных, не существует. Считается, что наиболее вероятный механизм влияния лейомиомы, не деформирующей полость матки, на фертильность – нарушение ее перистальтики. Перспективным направлением является ультразвуковая оценка перистальтики матки. Полученная информация позволит в дальнейшем прогнозировать возможность негативного влияния интра муральной миомы, что позволит избежать неоправданных оперативных вмешательств с высоким риском послеоперационных осложнений и рецидивов или наоборот – позволит нормализовать перистальтику матки с помощью своевременно выполненной консервативной миомэктомии.
