LEGAL AND INSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES FOR REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT IN LEGALIZATION OF ECONOMIC SPHERE

Abstract
Comprehensive study of theoretical and practical aspects of the interaction between formal and informal sectors of the economy allowed to find out the legal and institutional framework regulating employment in the economic sphere unshadowing. The shadow economy is presented in the form of a matrix, where criterial feature is the type of economic relations (illegal and criminal economic relations) in the public or the business sectors of the economy of Ukraine. The structure types of shadow economic activities, which complement each other, allow to see the initiative of businesses and individuals in search of useful economic activity wider; characterize their legal and economic conditions that lead to social and political consequences of shadow economic activities; reveal the essence of shadow economy against the official one, are suggested. Positive and negative trends in the shadow economy and the ways of its legalization are pointed out. The scientific approach to diagnosing the most dangerous areas of shadow economic processes in order to improve the labour activity efficiency, to reducing the negative effects, to decreasing the expenditures of irrational business running is proposed.
