L’ONOMASTIQUE – SCIENCE INTERDISCIPLINAIRE

Abstract

 Cette communication présente brièvement le statut linguistique de l’onomastique, son caractère interdisciplinaire et sa relation avec les autres sciences: la géographie, l’histoire, la sociologie, l’ethnologie, la dialectologie. Les auteurs proposent une meilleure collaboration des linguistes, géographes, historiens, ethnographes, montrant que l’onomaste doit être un chercheur de formation interdisciplinaire.
