Merit goods risk management

Abstract
Every day financial risk management needs new measures of its effectiveness. On quality of everyday life have impact if we are included or excluded in fi-nancial system and structure of GDP. Financial stability is a typical merit goods. Managing risk of merit goods we must solve “tragedy of the commons”. Moral hazard in this case is very strong. New segmentation of financial system divide it on : private banking, shadow banking, underbanked and unbanked. Each of this segments of financial system needs own instruments of risk management. Level of utility of everyday financial risk management depends form type of supply goods. Private goods utility is strongly connected with growth of GDP per capita. Club goods looks like turned U. On start utility growth with supply of club goods, next it go down, as supply growth. Public goods utility looks as S. On beginning growth and next fixed on some level. Merit goods utility looks like U. Bad habitus switch growth of supply merit goods in dissatisfaction. Change to satisfaction needs changes in habitus to “good” one. Cooperation in the merit goods game paid off.
