Abstract

Integration and its opposite – disintegration are the processes, which characterize changes of internal connection in economic space. In modern economic global process two opposite classes of the tendencies work. On the one hand, they are tendencies of integration, and on the other hand – disintegration. It is necessary to note, that in the development these tendencies are mainly antinomic. In other words they have no clearly expressed tendency and at different economic situations can change direction. The theoretical principles of economic integration are based on the economic and mathematical theories of general balance. In the system analysis the major role is played by three fundamental concepts: an optimum of Pareto, nucleus, economic balance. The aim of the article is to find an optimum parity of integration and disintegration processes and development by the government the expedient economic policy taking into account integrational and disintegrational processes correlation.Transaction cost growth is considered as the parameter of disintegration at each stage of development processes of globalization, which are characterized by disperses and average square-law deviation, i.e. the divergence of indices when analysing GNP per head in the countries, which enter integration association. The analysis of EU expansion shows, that transaction costs of less developed countries have been growing and now have reached their critical point.
