ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF LABOUR AT THE ENTERPRISE: FINANCIAL MOMENTS

Abstract
In the article it is considered the major directions of efficiency increase of functioning enterprises of AIC to financial motivation of the hired personnel to the increase production volumes, and also modern systems financing of labour hired workers. An author is offer four directions of financing with the aim of increase its level, and also measures of its influence on efficiency production. The offered organization chart of motivation personnel gives a line operate on the economic indicators of his functioning and first of all are financial resources. It is worked out the conception, that associate with development of new politics of receipt profits (due to strengthening the intercommunication between efficiency productive process and labour productivity) from one and salary on the other hand. It is underlined, that the minimum level of salary is determined by executable work, and the last parameters - by economic position of enterprise taking into account its solvency.
