Resident value in estimation of investment effectiveness

Abstract
The aim of the study is to analyze how strong resident value influence invest-ment effectiveness. To solve the problem some questions were settled: how was resident value estimated? what is the relation between residence value and investment expenditures? what is the relation between residence value and NPV? The research was conducted on the population of 83 credit applications which SMEs applied for in 2010 and 2011. The results of the research show that residence value has strong impact on estimated investment effectiveness, it reaches 13% of investment expenditure and 15% of NPV, and most often method how the value of the investment subject was calculated was comparison method.
