Social security and services for disabled – the expenses measurement

Abstract

The evaluation of rationality of public resources involvement for social security and services for disabled requires the precise measurement. Only then, the performance can be evaluated using efficiency and effectiveness indicators. The goal of this paper is the appraisal of usefulness of the national data collection. It seems necessary to modernize and to develop the criteria of data collection (including not only institution but the goal and the beneficiary) to enable the in-depth analysis.
