Neuroendocrine carcinoma of the hypopharynx

Abstract
SUMMARY There are a few cases of the neuroendorine carcinoma localized in the hypopharynx. We present two cases of this disease. We also recognize infiltration of the larynx, characteristic clinical findings, metastases in the neck nodes, patomorfological problems in the differential diagnosis which are solved using immunohistochemic testing
