NEW REGIONALISM: INTEGRATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF POST-GLOBALISM

Abstract
The role, nature and characteristics of regionalism, changed under the influence of both internal laws of regions’ transformation and changes in the social and technical-technological environment, were considered. Extremely limited time is given for decision-making and reflexive nature of modernization using under global interaction and growth of protectionism in the conditions of “stable instability” and rhizomic nature of development.
