Abstract
The paper deals with new trends of the European Tort Law development which were outlined during the XVI Annual International conference on European tort law in Vienna. The main approaches which are of inter- est of European tort scholars are use of tort rules to the damage caused by human rights infringement, use of tort rules to the damage caused by climate change, as well as a possibility of classic tort constructions to the modern cases of damage causation, bounded with scientific and technical development
