NORMAL-LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF DEFINITION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MONEY LIABILITIES

Abstract
In the article are investigated legal grounds for attributing obligations, which are governed by the Civil Code of Ukraine, to the monetary obligations. The current legislation and case law are analyzed of the issues of application normative provisions of the definition and fulfillment of monetary obligations. Made the conclusion of features of the monetary obligations elements, among which the decisive are a payment, singled out the function of money as means of payment, based on which prove that payment as repayment of obligation has only the monetary expression.
