NORMATIVE AND LEGAL ENSURANCE OF QUALITY IN STATE MANAGEMENT: UKRAINIAN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article analyzes the process of formation and development of normative and legal quality assurance in the state administration of Ukraine. An example of a “Japanese Economic Miracle” is given, which became a reality in the 1970s thanks to the introduction of the “Universal Quality Management” system. It was found out that the Ukrainian experience of ensuring the quality of goods and services begins in 1989 with the formation of the Ukrainian Quality Association (UAC). Based on the conducted research, changes in the Ukrainian legislation and separate regulatory documents of the government are revealed, which concern the creation of an effective quality management system, in particular, in the executive bodies.
