NORMATIVE LEGAL PROTECTION AGAINST LEGAL APPROXISATION IN THE FIELD OF CLEANING OF PEDUCATIONAL GOODS

Abstract
The article analyzes the legal and regulatory framework for counteraction to the offense in the field of excisable goods circulation. The classification of normative legal acts, which regulate public relations in relation to counteraction to offenses in the field of circulation of excisable goods, is proposed. It is determined that there are no sub-normative legal acts regulating questions of methodology and tactics of investigating offenses in the field of circulation of excisable goods.
