Normative legal supply by state social standards of Ukraine's health development

Abstract
The filling of the legal framework with social standards on public administration of the health care system of Ukraine and ensuring the medical standards of the health care sector are explored. The directions of activity of working groups on development of medical stan- dards of medical care on the basis of evidence-based medicine in 2016 on nosologies are analyzed. The main attention is paid to the development of unified medical standards, which allow to objectively evaluate the results of medical activities of treatment and prevention institutions. According to the results of the study, the problem areas were identified, priority tasks were identified for the further development of standardization of medical care.
