Abstract
В статье рассматриваются проблемы законодательного регулирования инновационной деятельности. Осуществляется исследование нормативных правовых актов, принятых в целях поддержки и развития инновационной деятельности в Воронежской области. Анализируются фактические результаты инновационной деятельности, осуществленной в рамках принятых региональных программ в Воронежской области, и выносятся предложения по совершенствованию механизма регулирования инновационной деятельности.
