Новая версия международного стандарта ИСО 15489: перспективы использования

Abstract
The creation and management of documents are constantly in the centre of attention of experts working in the areas of information technologies and documentation support of management and lead to the continuous analysis and updating of the regulatory framework in these fields using international experience. In this regard it is essential to study international standards, which, due to the specifics and timing of their creation, as well as the spread of use, make it possible to quickly implement and use the most advanced international practices. International ISO standards are the most widely used standards worldwide, having proved themselves over time as reliable and verified documents. International Standard ISO 15489-2001 "Information and documentation. Document Management " was adopted in all developed countries of the world including Russia and Poland, by the cover method and lasted unchanged for 15 years. In Russia it was adopted as GOST R ISO 15489-1-2007. The new version was published in 2016, and due to the importance of this document it requires close study and comparison with the old version. This article is devoted to the questions of comparative analysis of both ISO 15489 versions (their content, structure, terminology, interrelations with others international standards). The significance of both the first and second versions of the international standard ISO 15489 can hardly be overestimated either for the world as a whole or for Russia in particular. However, in our opinion, it is premature to cancel the GOST R ISO 15489-1-2007 standard created on ISO 15489-1-2001 and to replace it with the new version of ISO 15489-1-2016.
