НОВІ ФОРМИ ПОЛІТИЧНИХ КОМУНІКАЦІЙ В УКРАЇНІ ТА ЄС

Abstract
Сучасні форми політичних комунікацій розглянуто як ефективний інструмент ведення політичних кампаній напередодні виборів в Україні та ЄС. Проаналізовано довготривалі медіа-стратегії політиків, які застосовують інтерактивне спілкування онлайн. Розглянуто функції теледебатів як перспективної моделі комунікації в інформаційному суспільстві. Modern forms of political communication as an efficient tool of political campaign before the election in Ukraine and European Union (EU) are considered in the article. Long-term media-strategies online are analyzed on the examples of famous European politicians who use interactive communication such as: blog, video blog, video-podcast, column in the traditional mass media, official websites and pages in social network, etc. Politicians as a part of the information society use social media to promote their ideas, positions, attitude and reaction to the actual issues. The efficiency of social media as a tool of interaction between the audience and the authority is determined by the next factors: the access to the information; the index of the press freedom in the country; emotional and psychological characteristics of the mass audience; the ability to consolidate citizens; the tradition and the culture of communication; political regime and social attitudes; the level of political culture, etc. In terms of the information transparency in democratic society each individual has the right for own position. Network communication creates such opportunities by means of multimedia technologies. Traditional model of information management transforms into new paradigm of communication which provides direct communication between the society and the authority. Political culture of young leaders is developed by means of public speeches, open discussion and tet-a-tet communication with people. Visual components (the appearance, the manner to talk and behave, intonation, etc.) and the intellectual level of them have a great impact to their image and future political career. There is the brief history and the origin of the term debates in the research. Transformation of the TV debates into the convergent communication model is considered in terms of the Parliamentary and the Presidential election in Ukraine and the Presidential election in the EU in 2014. Advantages of the television debates with online broadcast as an innovation on TV production are characterized. Functions of the television debates as a prospective communication model in the information society are determined. The implementation the culture of debates as a traditional tool of political communication with the origin from ancient Athens would lead to the renaissance of democratic values in the whole Europe.
