Object of administrative-tortable relations in the science of administrative law

Abstract
The article focuses on the discussion issues of science of administrative law on the definition of the object of administrative-tortable relations. A critical analysis of the ideas presented in the legal literature is being carried out, which contradict the general provisions of the science of administrative law. The object of administrative-tortable relations is defined as the behavior of individuals, which is connected with the commission of an unlawful act in the form of an administrative offense.
