OBJECTIONS AGAINST CREDIT REQUIREMENTS IN SOLIDARITY OBLIGATIONS

Abstract
The article investigates types of objections of the debtor against the claims of the creditor in the solidarity obligations. The author describes the types of general objections that can be brought to the creditor by any of the solidarity debtors. Also, particular attention is paid to the characterization of personal objections against the claims of the creditor and their impact on the existence of a solidarity obligation. Personal objections, in contrast to the general ones, can be presented to the creditor only by the debtor they have arisen. While writing an article, the author analyzes the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as the Civil Codes of France, Georgia, Moldova, and the Republic of Belarus.
