OBJECTIVE CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS DEVELOPMENT OF STATE FUNCTIONS

Abstract
The objective conditions and regularities of state functions in the context of conceptual positions of the theory of state and law are investigated. The directions of activity of the state and its appointment at the appropriate stage of society development are determined. The definition of the functions of the state as the main directions of activity of the state, which are determined by its essence and social purpose, as well as content, forms, level of economic, social and spiritual and cultural development of the society, are substantiated.
