Obowiązki mediatora w zakresie przygotowania ugody przed nim zawartej i złożenia protokołu mediacyjnego w sądzie

Abstract
In the article “Duties of a mediator in the preparation of a mediation settlement and submitting a mediation protocol in court” there is a discussion on the legal issues regarding the current regulations concerning mediator’s duties linked with mediation documents – mediation settlement and mediation protocol. The author has attempted to solve the practical issues related to activities of a mediator during mediation proceedings. The significance of these issues is associated with an amendment to Code of Civil Procedure. Furthermore, the author suggests proposals de lege ferenda to the disputed legal issues regarding the provisions of civil proceedings.
