Образ «Я» конфликтного педагога: теоретические аспекты и диагностика особенностей

Abstract
Данная статья имеет целью анализ особенностей образа «Я» конфликтных педагогов. Для достижения цели нами было осуществлено теоретическое обобщение феноменов конфликта и образа «Я», а также проведено краткое исследование особенностей самоотношения и самовосприятия у конфликтных педагогов. В результате работы было установлено, что большинство испытуемых обладают неадекватной самооценкой (заниженной или завышенной) и высоким уровнем притязаний, что во многом является следствием их стремления к соперничеству в конфликтной ситуации.
