Abstract
Socially dangerous consequences which form the scope of valuation concept “substantial harm”, are analysed in the article. The author has examined the place of these effects in different classification groups distinguished in the legal literature В статье исследовано, какие общественно опасные последствия могут составлять объем оценочного признака «существенный вред». Автором рассмотрено место этих последствий в различных классификационных группах, выделяемых в юридической литературе.
