Ocena aktywności fibrynolitycznej u osób z otyłością prostą

Abstract
Cel pracy. Celem pracy była ocena aktywności fibrynolitycznej: stężenia fibrynogenu, tkankowego aktywatora plazminogenu (t-PA) oraz jego inhibitora PAI-1 u osób z prawidłową masą ciała i otyłością prostą bez towarzyszących chorób układu krążenia.Materiał i metody. W badaniu wzięło udział 80 osób: 40 kobiet i 40 mężczyzn w wieku 27-46 lat, bez chorób układu krążenia. Badane osoby podzielono na 2 analogiczne grupy pod względem płci i wieku. Pierwszą – grupę kontrolną stanowiły osoby z BMI poniżej 24,9 kg/m2, drugą z BMI powyżej 30 kg/m2. U wszystkich badanych oznaczono stężenie: cholesterolu całkowitego, triglicerydów, HDL-cholesterolu, fibrynogenu, tkankowego aktywatora plazminogenu (t-PA) oraz jego inhibitora (PAI-1). W prowadzonym badaniu cholesterol oraz triglicerydy nie były elementem różnicującym, jedynie wyższe stężenia HDL-cholesterolu obserwowano w grupie kobiet z grupy kontrolnej. Istotnie wyższe stężenia fibrynogenu i antygenu t-PA w osoczu stwierdzono u osób z otyłością w porównaniu z osobami z grup kontrolnych (p < 0,01). Nie wykazano natomiast istotnych różnic w stężeniu antygenu PAI-1 między grupami z otyłością a grupami kontrolnymi.Wnioski. u badanych osób z otyłością stwierdza się zaburzoną aktywność fibrynolityczną osocza.
