Abstract
Рассмотрено понятие гиперустойчивости кибернетической системы в приложении к задаче оценки эффективности функционирования виртуального производственного предприятия, определены основные факторы, влияющие на эффективность функционирования такого предприятия, предложена методика синтеза статической структуры системы поддержки принятия решений менеджерами виртуального предприятия, в частности, процедура определения численного и качественного состава оборудования, производимого на виртуальном предприятии. The concept of hyperstability of the cybernetic system is considered in an appendix to the task of estimation of efficiency of virtual productive enterprise functioning. The basic factors, influencing on efficiency of functioning of such enterprise are determined. The article offers the methodology of synthesis of static structure of the system of support of making decision by managers of virtual enterprise, in particular procedure of determination of numerical and high-quality strength of equipment, producible on a virtual enterprise.
