Оценка кадровой безопасности предприятия с помощью индикаторного подхода

Abstract
В статье предложена методика оценки кадровой безопасности предприятия с использованием индикаторного подхода. Сформированы группы показателей и индикаторы для оценки, приведена их краткая характеристика. Определены методы расчета, пороговые значения и направления оптимизации индикаторов кадровой безопасности. Описана методика расчета кадровой безопасности предприятия. Разработана шкала оценки уровня кадровой безопасности.
