Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано теоретичні основи трудового потенціалу, розглянуто трудовий потенціал як двигун розвитку вітчизняних підприємств, здійснено аналіз вітчизняних методик оцінки трудового потенціалу підприємства, проаналізовано складові трудового потенціалу, запропоновано варіанти його оцінки. Проаналізовано чинники, які впливають на формування й забезпечення ефективної діяльності підприємств.
