Odbudowa implantoprotetyczna całkowitego braku uzębienia w żuchwie – opis przypadku

Abstract
Wprowadzenie technologii CAD/CAM pozwala na wykonanie konstrukcji protetycznych o większej dokładności, dopasowanie kształtu struktur do indywidualnych warunków anatomicznych, zapewnia kontrolę na etapie projektowania i produkcji. Zakres wykonywanych konstrukcji implantoproptetycznych obejmuje zarówno zindywidualizowane pojedyncze łączniki, jak i rozległe suprastruktury w rehabilitacji protetycznej braków całkowitych. W pracy opisano przypadek wymagający ponownej odbudowy protetycznej całkowitych braków uzębienia w żuchwie z wykorzystaniem wcześniej wprowadzonych implantów. Zaplanowano wykonanie podbudowy tytanowej mostu w technologii CAD/CAM z wykorzystaniem systemu Atlantis (Dentsply, USA).
