Tematem artykułu jest odpowiednie stosowanie przepisów kodeksu postępowania administracyjnego w sprawach, gdy decyzję wydają organy szkół wyższych. Autorka omawia orzecznictwo sądów administracyjnych i dwa sposoby interpretacji tego problemu. Podaje także stanowisko innych autorów w kwestii odpowiedniegostosowania przepisów k.p.a. oraz własne stanowisko autorki.<br/><br/>
