Odtworzenie zagranicznego dokumentu stanu cywilnego

Abstract
The legislator has broaden the subjective scope of reconstruction of the foreign marital status document, instead of foregoing optionality of re construction there was introduced an obligation of the right authority to perform this activity, the possibility to initiate this activity had been also restricted. Moreover, the legislator unequivocally stated that the reconstruction of a foreign marital status document is done by way of substantive technical activity (art. 109 paragraph 3, Registry Office Records Act of the 28. November 2014), and only refusal of reconstruction, which can occur exclusively in enumeratively in the Act listed cases, should take a form of administrative decision.
