Abstract
The paper analyses the changes in approaches to tourist-curative offer in the spa region of the Carpathian region: Iwonicz Zdrój (Poland), Truskawiec (Ukraine) a Bardejovské Spa (Slovakia). The issue focuses on the assessment of natural conditions, tourism infrastructure and marketing activities. We are focusing on the creation of the cluster "Uzdrowiska-Perły Polski wschodniej".
