OFFICIAL TRANSFERS AS A SOURCE OF LOCAL BUDGET REVENUES

Abstract
The article shows the current state of sources of income formation of local budgets of Ukraine. The role and dynamics of official transfers in the revenue part of local budgets are analyzed. The study shows upwards tendency regarding nearly all the category of official transfers, which is an in dication of their heavy impact on local budgets revenues in Ukraine. The problems that arise during the formation of inter-budgetary relations are revealed.
