On the development and practice of translational medicine

Abstract
Translational medicine is an innovative research model that connects basic research and clinical application. The development of translational medicine and the promotion of the transformation of results can pro‐ vide advanced concepts and methods for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases. This article reviews the development and practice of translational medicine.
