Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні причини безробіття молодого покоління в умовах транзитивного суспільства. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності удосконалення освітніх програм за допомогою кооперації ринку праці із закладами освіти. Констатовано, що сільська молодь є більш чутливою до проблем безробіття. Запропоновано основні шляхи подолання безробіття молодого покоління.
