ONTOLOGY, ANTHROPOLOGY AND ACCIOLOGY OF LAW IN CHRISTIANITY AND ISLAM: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article presents a comparative analysis of Christian and Muslim philosophical and law paradigms. The author shows that their similarity is determined by a common biblical origin. Ontology of law, both in Christianity and in Islam, is based on the belief in the primacy of God’s law, and anthropology of law – on the recognition of man as the supreme creation of God. The paper considers some features of the basic concepts of law axiology interpretation which are carried out by Christian and Muslim thinkers, and defines commonalities and differences in the approaches to understanding and applying such value categories as freedom and justice. The author argues that accentuation of attention on similar positions in the philosophical and law sphere and readiness to compromise on difference of views will promote effective interaction of European and Islamic law systems.
