OPPORTUNITIES OF THE PARLIAMENT OF UKRAINE REGARDING IMPROVEMENT OF THE MECHANISMS OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA: COMPARATIVE LEGAL STUDY

Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of regulatory and legal regulation of control over the use of information about a person, both confidential and general, against the abuse of these data. Within the framework of the presented material, the existing gaps in the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens arising from the development of scientific and technological progress have been analyzed in the legislation of Ukraine, and ways of solving this issue are proposed based on the experience of European countries.
