Optimal physical activity of students in the initial period of training

Abstract

Were considered the directions of the optimal level of scientific substantiation of physical activity of students during training. There were 124 students of І–II courses ofKharkiv National University of Economics took part in this experiment. By monitoring the level of physical fitness and functional status and student achievement. The study found that under current conditions for the organization of training courses I and II is the optimal high and very high physical activity. Specially organized physical training (4–8 hours per week) to neutralize the adverse factors that accompany the learning process. When save a very high level of functional status and level of success education above the average. To increase the effectiveness of the educational process to its optimization: introduction to technology use, more accurate definition of the specific objectives in conditions of practical learning objectives of the student-activity approach.
