Oral survey of officials and businesses as a form of customs control

Abstract
In the article the value of an oral survey and its correlation with other forms of customs control are defined. The genesis of legal regulation of the chosen form of customs control is researched. The attention is paid to the drawbacks of legal regulation that burden the use of oral survey. The ways of their eliminations are suggested.
