Организационно-правовой механизм обеспечения безопасности морского порта Украины

Abstract
Статья посвящена исследованию правовых основ и организации обеспечения безопасности морских портов Украины. Отмечена особая роль морских портов для транспортной отрасли и экономики страны в целом, что обусловливает особое внимание государства к обеспечению безопасности их функционирования. Проведен обзор международных, национальных и локальных актов, нормами которых урегулирован механизм обеспечения безопасности морских портов и портовых средств. Определены основные задачи службы морской безопасности порта соответствии с Типовым положением о службе морской безопасности порта, утвержденным приказом Министерства инфраструктуры Украины от 25.08.2011 г. № 339.
