Organization of costs accounting of state-funded institutions in the conditions of legislative changes

Abstract
The article explores theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations about organization of accounting of costs in the public institution. The essence of the category of ‘costs’ of a public institution is revealed in accordance with the regulatory framework. The ways to improve the organization of accounting of costs for public institutions are proposed.
