ORGANIZATION OF PEDAGOGICAL INTERACTION OF A CLIENT LEADER WITH PARENTS OF TEACHERS-EARLY

Abstract

The problem we are looking at in this publication is extremely relevant, because the modern school requires a radical rethinking of the whole system of education, updating the content, forms and methods of spiritual development of the individual on the basis of humanization of the student’s life. By defining the school as a leading link in the upbringing of children and young people, it should be noted that without partnership with the family, the efficiency of education will be low. Because it is in the family that creates the conditions for the development and socialization of the child, the mastery of her spiritual and moral values. What forms and methods of working with parents can be used by a class teacher? Parental collections. The topics of classroom parenting should be diverse and address all important issues of parenting and teaching of children. Studying the families of pupils allows each classroom teacher to better understand the children and their parents, to understand the lifestyle of families, to get acquainted with the home conditions of the child’s personality development. Pedagogical education of parents (their participation in parents’ general education) is planned in accordance with the age-specific characteristics of students, the formation of a data bank on the family and the family education of children, the goals and objectives of the educational process, specific problems that arise during the joint activities of teachers and parents.
