Organizational and General Economic Consequences of Mobbing

Abstract

In modern organizations mobbing is an extremely important problem, which is associated with numerous negative consequences. Not only does this pathology harm the life and health of a mobbed person, but it also affects the organization where the mobbing has taken place, and even the whole economy. The article focuses on organizational and general economic consequences of mobbing. The author uses the available literature on mobbing to provide a theoretical analysis of the subject.
